This opening follows the departure of the previous manager, but it is far more than a backfill position. At a time when the company is further strengthening its financial governance and management platform, we are looking for a finance leader who can play a central role in supporting sustainable business. You will help shape a stronger finance function, provide meaningful insights for business decisions, and work closely with both local leadership and global division headquarters. | Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
【Financial Advisor】 • Serve as the primary financial advisor to CEO & Management • Keep management informed of business performance and provide information on all financial matters • Identify financial risks and opportunities and assist leadership with course-corrective actions 【Financial Planning, Forecasting & Analysis】 • Lead closing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of financial data of the Company 【Financial Advisor】 • Serve as the primary financial advisor to CEO & Management • Keep management informed of business performance and provide information on all financial matters • Identify financial risks and opportunities and assist leadership with course-corrective actions 【Financial Planning, Forecasting & Analysis】 • Lead closing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of financial data of the Company 【Internal Controls, Audit & Compliance】 • Ensure effective internal controls on financial data • Conduct periodic self-audits to ensure integrity of financial data • Coordinate and serve as primary contact for external auditors • Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements • Ensure appropriate insurance coverage and finance risk management practices are in place 【Process Improvement & Systems】 • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes • Promote processes revision of to reduce transaction costs and finance activity complexity |
| Skills needed | 【Mandatory】 • Experience in accounting and/or finance in a corporate environment • Team management experience • English Speaking & Writing 【Preferred】 • Experience with IFRS reporting • Experience in a multinational or foreign-affiliated company |
| Working hours | 9:00 – 17:00 (7 hours/day, flexible working hours system available) |
